Our team brings together expertise from mainstream, alternative, and therapeutic settings — united by a belief that every child deserves connection, purpose, and a place to thrive. We are trauma-informed, relational, and relentlessly learner-centred. From forest school leaders to SEND specialists, from social care to strategic educational leaders our people design and deliver provision that heals, inspires, and empowers. We don’t just teach — we listen, adapt, and advocate.

From experienced educators and forest school leaders to youth mentors and therapeutic practitioners, each person shares a deep commitment to inclusion, connection, and transformation.
Our team is trauma-informed, values-led, and relentlessly learner-focused. Volunteers work alongside professionals to create safe, nurturing environments where children and young people can thrive — often becoming trusted guides, role models, and champions of change.
